Sends IVMS-101 PII to the counterparty as a TAIP-8 presentation, satisfying an outstanding RequirePresentation requirement. Takes no request body — the PII is taken from the transfer.

Required permission: authorize:transfer.

Too Many Requests: more than 6,000 calls in 300 seconds. Every endpoint refuses your calls for the next 10 seconds. Send the request again with a backoff, as Rate limiting explains.
