Member Roles and Permissions

It is important to notice that each member of your organization will have different permissions based on their role. When adding a new member to Notabene, you can select one of the following:

• Group Admin: manages high-level functions across multiple entities within the group
• Entity MLRO: responsible for compliance and policies at the entity level
• Entity Admin: manages daily operations and policy execution within the entity
• Analyst: analyzes data and supports compliance and administrative functions
• Support: provides help and support with settings
• Read-Only: views data without edit permissions
